Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
SilentTrust LLC (“SilentTrust”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to answer an enquiry — nothing on this site is used to build an advertising profile.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, company, work email, an optional phone number and the message you write. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever that channel carries.
- Technical information. Our servers record standard request logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp and response status — for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
- Cookies. We set one strictly necessary cookie, used to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party tracker on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and discuss an engagement.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Service providers
- Email delivery. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through an email provider acting on our instructions.
- Hosting. Our infrastructure provider processes request logs on our behalf.
- Google Maps. The map on the contact section is not loaded until you click to load it. Once you do, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, and are then deleted. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window for security and diagnostic purposes.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Submitted data is validated and sanitized on arrival, and our logs redact credentials and personal contact details.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and under the GDPR for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may exercise any of these rights by writing to contact.team@silenttrust.tech. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Children
This site addresses businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and information you send us is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a jurisdiction whose data protection rules may differ from your own.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and publish the revised version here.
