Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes: to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the site, to probe or scan it without our written authorization, to circumvent rate limits or security controls, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or to use it to transmit unlawful, misleading or malicious content.

No professional advice, no engagement

Content on this site is general information about our capabilities. It is not engineering, security, legal, financial or compliance advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on it without professional evaluation of your own circumstances. Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. Work begins only under a signed written agreement between us, and that agreement — not this site — defines the scope, deliverables, warranties and fees.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents — text, design, graphics, code and marks — belong to SilentTrust LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use requires our prior written consent. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe work performed.

What you send us

Do not send confidential, proprietary or regulated information through the contact form. Information submitted without a confidentiality agreement in place is treated as non-confidential, though we handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please describe your problem at a level that does not expose sensitive detail; we will put an NDA in place before any deeper discussion.

Prior work and results

Results described on this site were delivered by our founder in prior roles and are attributed to the organizations where the work was performed. They are presented as a record of experience, not as a guarantee: outcomes depend on the system, the constraints and the decisions of each engagement.

Third-party links and embeds

The site links to, and can load, third-party services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Availability and disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilentTrust LLC and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this site — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising from the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SilentTrust LLC from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the site.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The revised version takes effect when published here, with the date at the top of this page updated. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
